Around town

Back to the usual jog/walk this morning, aching bones and all.  It is another beautiful morning and today we go along the shore.

Today is errand day for Andre.  Starts off with him washing and hanging out the bed sheets.  Then he is off to town to get groceries, get my earrings fixed, find a part for the GPS that broke, and get a link taken out of his watch.  Thank goodness he isn’t working!  

Andre is back in time for lunch, he makes us a great salad, then we go sit in the sun in the garden for about 45 minutes.

I work for the rest of the afternoon, Andre found a hotel to stay for Saturday night.  The plan is to spend explore Ronda Saturday and stay the night.  Sunday we will drive home and do some sightseeing along the way. 

At 4,Andre heads out looking for a beer and tapas but comes home with no success. Lots of places only open in the evening, close at 4, and re-open at 7.

My last call of the day is postponed so I end up working till 5:30, leave work (get up from the kitchen table) and we go for a nice walk.  We walked along 2 different beaches tonight, made the long climb up from the last beach and it is now 7PM, perfect time to stop for a glass of wine and tapas somewhere.  We found a really nice bar, 2 glasses of wine, I had some kind of lentils with something in it, Andre had chicken and mushroom in a cream sauce, 4,00 Euro total.

Back home and Andre makes curry from the left over chicken from last night.  Enough leftovers again tonight for me for lunch tomorrow. Andre plans on taking a bus somewhere exploring so I am on my own.
