Dealing with Orbitz

Got an email from Orbitz. We are leaving for Portugal on Friday. One of  our return flight is no longer available.   Wendy was on hold for an 1/2 hour before she got to talk to an agent.  Lost her connection with the agent after trying to get things straighten out. She is now on hold again.and finally get back to an agent after another 1/2 hour on hold.  First agent does not do internatinal flight. another 10 minutes on hold..No can do, might have to call back on Monday, on hold again.
