Punta Arenas Chile (not to be)

This is a port that we had not decided what we were going to do for an adventure.  The penguins here are Magellan which we had already seen, but you can never see too many penguins right?

Got up early to get a ticket as this is a tender port and you need a ticket to decide which boat you can get off on.  In line at 6:30 with about 50 other people as we want to get off early to find a tour.  They are supposed to start giving numbers out at 7AM, at 7:10 an announcement is made that as this is a tender port and the winds are expected to pick up to over 100KM in the afternoon, the captain decided not to let anyone go to ashore.

We had debated going to see penguins, now we don't need to decide.

The captain said he would try to go see a glacier that was not on the schedule to make up for it.

Got rain today as well, so not many pictures today.  Too bad as we spend a good part of the day in channels.

Another sea day for us, urgh

We can see the town we were supposed to stop at.  Very sad to keep moving on when it isn't rough yet

Another ship turning around
