Cape Breton Day 5 - Dundee and St Peters

Today we are playing Dundee gold. Most tee shots are either up or down hill with many fairways sloping left or right. The course is in great condition. Lots of fun again. No need for yardage books as the tee markers gives you all the information you need to play the hole.

Great par 3s

Wendy says It I hit a good one here it might be my longest ever, It so steep and all downhill

#18.

After our round we drove to St Peter's taking the side road to River Bourgeois. This used/is an Acadian region of NS.
St Peter's has one of the locks east of Ottawa. The other one being at the Canso Causeway.
We talked to one of the attendant to the lock, very interesting.
We also did a short hike along an train track that had been converted to a walking trail, we return walking along the beach. Of course an Ice Cream break was needed.
