Day at our Beach

We experience rain this morning.  Andre took advantage of it and snapped a few pictures.

After breakfast, a walk was in order and we went towards Salty Mango.  As there was no wind this morning made the water very calm.

Another absolutely beautiful day at the beach.  Liam made it to spooky channel with us today.  This kid is a fish, I don’t think he ever took a lot of swimming lessons, or even swims a lot, but he can sure swim well.  On the way back we saw 3 lobster, our first sightings of these this trip.

These were large Green Parrot Fish

Another view of Spooky Channel

Lobster, tempting to take it home for supper but NO.

Hard to get a picture of these fish as they stay hidden

Loves these guys.

Close up of one of the coral.  The reef here is in good shape

This yellow guy was flowing back and forth with the waves.

Our pier from the water

Underwater Selfie.  Look the camera reflection in the eyes.

Tons of little fish under out pier

Rain storm, I got all wet!

Today we walked over to a deli for lunch.  We couldn’t quite figure out how to get there from the beach, we weren’t doing the road again. Ended up walking through a very nice development, and then eventually found it down the road past the security gates. When we got to the deli we decided this is just too much like home for us, so continued on along the beach as we knew Salty Mango wasn’t too much further.

Lunch at Salty mango. Leftover as the portions were large

Back at our B&B and Liam makes a new little friend on the beach.  This little boy thought Liam was the kid with the drone that he had seen yesterday, I guess all those white boys look the same to them.  Liam had brought some jelly beans from Costco (that were mostly eaten by Auntie Wendy) and decided to go and get some for this this boy.  The boy puts the jelly beans loose in his shirt pocket, then tells Liam to copy him doing a cartwheel, yep jelly beans all fall out onto the beach.  While Liam ran to get him the jelly beans Joey showed him some pictures of snow where she lived, so cute, he wanted to know if that is where santa lives too.

Liam and his buddy

The rest of the afternoon was spent at the end of the pier. We did experience a short downpour but it did not last very long.

Not for me in 30 plus heat. Andre says perhaps if the blonde comes with the horse.

Our view from the pier

The water was gorgeous color.
A few snorkeling and scuba diving boat go between our pier and the reef

A couple of Super Model were out for the 2019 swimsuit issue

Our long walk to the pier, don't you feel bad for us!

We are so full from lunch that we just have snacks at home tonight for supper.  Lots of different games played tonight, Wendy does not have any luck at all tonight.  The wind has picked up as well, and we had a little bit of rain too.  Hopefully it will be nice and calm tomorrow as we have more adventures planned on the Island.
