St Andrews NB June 2021 Day 3

Started the day off with a good breakfast at the Inn as it was included in the package.

We decided to go to do the Simpson Hill this morning and work off some of the breakfast we just had. 3KM loop with a 350 Feet climb.  Love how the trail map looks like someones head.

Our next stop is St Paddy's Falls. Only a short hike 1/2 km from where we parked the car

We stopped at Ossie's for friend clams for lunch.  Yumm

Our rent a car for the weekend NOT

We then did a quick stop in St George to look at these falls

Our next stop was to go see Lepreau falls

Further down the river, we stopped to look at the covered bridge

We then continued the loop on the peninsula and made a stop at Dipper Harbour.

St Andrews NB June 2021 Day 2

 As we are staying at the Picket Fence Motel and no food service is available, we decided to go into town for breakfast.  But instead of driving there we drove to where you crossed to go to Ministers Island and walked into town from there.  It is around 8 KM hike.  We had breakfast at the same place we had beers yesterday.

We now complete the hike back to the car, around 6 KM.

After picking up the car, we go check in at Rossmount Inn where we are staying the night. We enjoyed drinks by the pool as it was sunny and warm. We also took advantage and booked a golf trip to Cabot Links as they had a great special as only Maritimers are allowed to go because of covid.

We are also doing the 7 course dinner tonight, which was delicious.
